At the Metropolitan Opera, Roberto De Biasio has starred in Ernani, Madama Butterfly and Simon Boccanegra. Appearing at the Grand Théâtre de Genève, Opernhaus Zurich, Wiener Staatsoper, Opéra Bastille of Paris, Gran Teatre del Liceu of Barcelona, Arena di Verona, Teatro La Fenice, Santa Fe Opera, Tokyo Bunka Kaikan, Sejong Theater in Seoul, he has collaborated with James Levine, Riccardo Muti, Anthony Minghella and Franco Zeffirelli. A native of Italy, Roberto offers this concert in honor of Mother Cabrini.
Concert Pianist Maxim Anikushin is known for his generous support of music at Cabrini Shrine. With a masters from Juilliard and a doctorate from Manhattan School of Music, Maxim has performed at Carnegie Hall, Merkin Hall, Steinway Hall and Lincoln Center; overseas at Moscow Conservatory and Philharmonic Hall in St. Petersburg; at Palau de la Música de València and many others. In addition to weekly masses at St. Elizabeth Church in Washington Heights, he maintains a busy performance schedule.
