Yevgeniya Rozentsvit,* master artist of Jewish Folk Craft Guild, Inc., will hold a workshop “Tell a Tale and Make its Characters.” She will introduce participants to the Russian Folk Tale “Masha and the Bear” and make the tale’s characters, while demonstrating synthetic clay techniques, the making and decoration of costumes, and the basics of paper weaving, which is becoming popular in today’s Russia.
(Supplies are limited to first 25 participants. First-come, first-served basis)
