RACH-C members and supporters held a high spirited party celebrating the “Silver Archer Award in Public Relations” bestowed by the Serebryany Luchnik Organization for RACH-C’s annual “Children’s Festival of Russian Culture.” The Silver Archer Award was presented to RACH-C president, Dr. Olga Zatsepina on behalf of RACH-C at a ceremony at the Russian Embassy in Washington DC on January 25, 2012.
In celebration of this international accomplishment, RACH-C invited its sponsors, supporters, and volunteers for an evening of food, drinks, and impromptu performances by: Irina Zargornova (Director of Folklorica), Inna Leytush (Music Director), and Tatiana Pakhomova with Igor Kochan.
