May 9 @ 10AM, Church of all saints of Russia

9 мая, в Патриаршем имении в городе Пайн Буш (штат Нью-Йорк) состоится торжественное празднование Дня Победы, куда будет приглашено огромное количество наших соотечественников, включая ветеранов, для которых будет организован автобус из Нью-Йорка. Мероприятие начнётся с панихиды по погибшим воинам. После чего состоится торжественная передача сталинградских реликвий, специально привезенных из России, в музей “Третьей стрелковой дивизии”, находящейся в Нью-Йорке.
Поминальная трапеза будет развернута на открытом воздухе в виде полевой кухни военного времени. Каждый желающий сможет отведать солдатскую кашу, хлеб, сало и фронтовые 100 грамм. Далее «Русская молодежь Америки» проведет праздничный концерт и покажет театральную постановку, посвященную Дню Победы. Участники праздника приедут в военной форме или отдельных атрибутах, чтобы проникнуться атмосферой военных лет.
Чтобы воссоздать еще более достоверную картину военного времени организация “Третья стрелковая дивизия”, в партнерстве с «Русской молодежью Америки», осуществит историческую реконструкцию ярких моментов Второй мировой войны. Во время всего мероприятия будут звучать военные песни. Торжество завершится праздничным салютом Победы.
